Dubai, 8th May 2024: The highly anticipated 2nd edition of the Dubai FinTech Summit (DFS), organized by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance of the UAE, concluded with resounding success. The event brought together over 8,000 global decision-makers from 118 countries, representing various industries and interests.
The 2nd edition of the Dubai FinTech Summit at Madinat Jumeirah featured an impressive lineup of more than 300 thought leaders engaging in over 125 discussions across five stages. Additionally, the exhibition floor showcased cutting-edge technologies from over 200 exhibitors.

Over 50 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed with global financial leaders, paving the way for transformative collaborations.
Notable announcements included Nik Storonsky, Founder and CEO of Revolut, unveiling expansion plans in the MEASA region to promote financial inclusion through technology.
State Street Global Advisors announced the reopening of its Dubai offices, underlining the region’s strategic importance.
Dyna.Ai launched operations across multiple continents, focusing on AI-driven solutions for the financial industry.
His Excellency Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC, emphasized the Summit’s significance as a platform for impactful discussions and collective action, positioning Dubai at the forefront of global finance innovation.
